Kentucky-Princeton Undergraduate Summer Institute on Inequality

On this edition of Sustainability Now!, your host Justin Mog, sits down with two participants in the May 2018 Kentucky-Princeton Undergraduate Summer Institute on Inequality that took place at the University of Louisville. Carmen Mitchell is a Louisville native who grew up in Shawnee and is now a doctoral student focusing on healthcare inequality at the UofL School of Public Health & Information Sciences. She helped facilitate the Institute by serving as a local resource and residing with the group on campus. Micah Castanon is a UofL student from Glasgow, KY who took part in the Institute. He is a philosophy and sociology major who is considering adding a minor in Pan-African Studies.
