Every Thursday in September at 6:30pm at the Main Louisville Free Public Library (301 York St.)

MyLibraryUniversity presents a new Short Course led by UofL Professor of Geographic & Environmental Sciences Dr. Andrea Gaughan.

This 4-week course will cover the role that land-system geographers play in understanding, maintaining, and sustaining the environment and well-being of communities across the globe.

It will introduce participants to different human-environment systems, discuss how geographers think about them, and foster critical thinking skills for a better understanding of the world around us.

This program is free, but registration is requested at lfpl.org.
