UofL receives KY grant for building operator efficiency certification program
The University of Louisville Research Foundation Inc. is one of seven organizations sharing a grant from the Energy and Environment Cabinet to promote efficient technologies and practices in public and private-sector buildings.
UofL’s Kentucky Pollution Prevention Center will use its share, $105,426, to implement a building operator certification program.
The program will train and certify facility managers on building operations to achieve energy savings.
