Tabor shoot.jpgUofL is excited to welcome to campus, Dr. Geoffrey (Geof) Donovan, a nationally recognized environmental economist and former Senior Scientist with the USDA Forest Service.

His research has helped shape how cities understand trees as critical public-health infrastructure. Dr. Donovan will be visiting the University of Louisville to share insights from his work linking urban tree canopy to physical health and community well-being. Learn more about Dr. Donovan's work.

10:00 – 11:00am Environmental Grand Rounds series: “Quasi-experimental Techniques for Studying the Relationship Between Trees and Health”

11:30am – 1:00pm Roundtable Lunch: “Trees are an essential part of our public-health infrastructure"
