UofL Dining shares its sustainable, zero waste solutions with Beyond Plastics Louisville

On October 17, 2024, the special guest speaker for Beyond Plastics Louisville was Alana O'Bryan, Sustainability Coordinator for UofL Dining! She shared UofL Dining's efforts to pursue sustainable, zero waste solutions, including the new OZZI machine that grants people access to a reusable to-go container rather than single-use disposable options.
