You are invited to participate in the first ever Co-op Summit hosted by the University of Louisville at its campus in the Portland neighborhood. The Co-op summit will bring together individuals involved in the Co-op movement and those interested in learning more about co-ops. Topics to be covered in the Summit include:

  1. What is a co-op and the benefits of having a co-op? What are examples of existing co-ops?
  2. How does the co-op model benefit individuals and the community as a whole?
  3. What is the role of co-ops and their importance?
  4. What sources are available to finance a co-op?

The event is free and open to those interested in the Co-op movement but registration is required. Lunch will be served.
