The Biology Seminar Series will feature Howard Whiteman, Commonwealth Endowed Chair of environmental studies, professor of biological sciences and director of the Watershed Studies Institute at Murray State University.

Whiteman leverages 35 years of data on tiger salamanders to reveal ecological and evolutionary changes over time.

Whiteman’s work links the evolution of plasticity, response to climate change, predator-prey feedbacks and amphibian conservation.
