Spring 2024 Semester
Written by renowned teaching and learning experts, The Norton Guide to Equity-Minded Teaching offers concrete steps to help any instructor striving to ensure that all students – and, in particular, historically underserved students – have an equitable chance for success. Participants in this book club will have the opportunity to discuss actionable strategies, grounded in research, appropriate for any classroom environment.
Whether you attended the Celebration of Teaching and Learning or not, all are welcome to participate in this collaborative learning journey. Our Post-Celebration Book Club provides a platform for sharing experiences, exchanging ideas and collectively enhancing our understanding of equity-minded teaching.

Participants will meet through Microsoft Teams five times over the spring semester. There is no requirement to attend each session. There’s always room for new voices in our group. Participants are encouraged to invite a friend to join a session, even if they haven’t had the opportunity to read the book.
