UofL has transitioned to Blackboard Ultra Course View, or “Blackboard Ultra,” for all fall 2024 classes.

Ultra is Blackboard's more modern, accessible and mobile-friendly course experience. The navigation and user interface of Blackboard Ultra has greatly changed. Below we have frequently asked questions, resources and upcoming sessions if you need assistance.

UofL also now requires UL2FCTR (Duo) authentication to log into Blackboard. This is separate from your university user ID and password. Enroll and learn more.

We recommend reviewing the Blackboard Getting Started student module in Blackboard to best prepare for your upcoming classes.

Upcoming Pop-in Sessions

Do you have other questions or need help in using or navigating your Blackboard Ultra course? Register for a pop-in session!

Choose to pop-in virtually or in-person in the TILL, 3rd Fl. of Ekstrom Library. Please register and indicate how you will be attending so staff can prepare the sessions appropriately. You do not have to come at the start of the session or stay the entire time, registering just indicates you will be there at some point during the session. Decide you want to attend at the last minute? That is fine too! You can register day of if needed.
