Our traditional halls are located in the heart of campus and house primarily first-year students. The rooms are typically double-occupancy, with a limited number of single-occupancy rooms available. Miller and Unitas are both co-ed buildings with genders separated by floors or wings. These two halls have single-gender community bathrooms located on each floor and/or segregated wing. A common kitchen is located in each traditional hall. Learn more about costs.

Our apartment-style residence halls are available to upper-level (2nd-, 3rd-, and 4th-year) students, with a very limited number of first-year spaces in UTA and Bettie Johnson. However, first-year students who join a living-learning or themed community located in an apartment hall are able to live here. Learn more about costs.
