Traditional Residence Halls
Centrally located traditional halls for first-years. Double rooms with some singles. Gender-specific or private bathrooms. Shared kitchens available.
Belknap Village North
452-bed hall with traditional-style single- and double-occupancy rooms in the heart of campus.
Belknap Village South
452-bed hall with traditional-style single- and double-occupancy rooms in the heart of campus.
Unitas Tower
300-bed hall with single-, double- and triple-occupancy rooms on the north side of campus.
Suites
Our suite-style residence halls offer first-year students a variety of floor plan options and with at least one common kitchen located in the building.
Community Park
358 beds with standard or deluxe double-occupancy rooms located on the west side of campus
Louisville Hall
211 beds suite style with furnished common areas located on the west side of campus
Apartments
Our apartment-style residence halls are primarily home to 2nd-, 3rd-, and 4th-year students, with one hall designated exclusively for first-year residents and limited first-year spaces in select communities.
Cardinal Towne
Apartment style with in-unit kitchen and washer/dryer located on the northwest side of campus with 539 upper-level apartment style beds.
Bettie Johnson Hall
Apartment style with in-unit kitchen and washer/dryer located on the northwest side of campus with 490 primarily upper-level apartment style beds.
University Pointe
Four-bedroom, four-bathroom apartments located on the west side of campus with 529 upper-level apartment style beds.
University Tower Apartments
220-bed apartment style for first-year students located on the northwest side of campus
Denny Crum Hall
128-bed facility housing a mixture of student-athletes and non-student-athletes.
Located on the southeast side of campus.
The Province
Apartment style with 858 beds located close to campus, featuring multiple room layouts and amenities.
