 Other Technology Available to Students

#5 - Microsoft Office 365. https://www.office.com

  • As a student, you will have a license for Microsoft Office 365. This includes Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, as well as Teams which you will need for the virtual orientation. 
  • Select sign-in on  (similar to signing into Blackboard, see Single Sign on Video for Assistance) in the top right corner. Once signed in, you will see all the “apps” that we have access to per our subscription. Microsoft supplies some great training resources to get more familiar with which can be accessed here.

  • UofL provides access to a variety of learning resources from LinkedIn Learning, IBM, Adobe, Microsoft, and several more, as well as access to Adobe Creative Cloud.

Trouble Logging into my email/Blackboard

  •  Please do not use Internet Explorer.  The university recommends Microsoft Edge Chromium which is a free upgrade.
  • How to log into Blackboard/Email. - Single Sign On (SSO) login to BlackBoard Tutorial (panopto.com)
  • For additional help with Blackboard visit Delphi Center in person or Online
  • Make sure you are logging in with your correct UofL email address (userID@louisville.edu).
  • Sign out of any other email account/s and try again or try a different browser.
  • Reset your password at password.louisville.edu. Wait a few minutes then attempt to log in again.
  • If you are still having problems, please contact James or the ITS Help Desk
