Office Assistant (OA)
This employee is responsible for providing customer service on behalf of University Housing both in-person at the front desk and related events as well as electronically and by phone. In addition to assisting prospective and current students in navigating the housing search (including the facilitation of tours), selection and application processes, and other relevant procedures, this employee will also assist his/her direct supervisor, the Customer Service Coordinator, in implementing housing-related projects.
