Laundry Services

While Cardinal Towne, University Pointe, Denny Crum Hall, and The Province feature washers and dryers in each private apartment unit, all other residence halls feature laundry facilities. To use these facilities, download the WASH-Connect app to your phone. 

TIP: Be sure to use the ULINK version of your UofL email address (e.g. msblai09@louisville.edu) and select "Forgot Password" to view your pre-loaded stipend!

Weekly Laundry Stipend

Each resident (excluding those in Cardinal Towne, University Pointe, Denny Crum Hall, and The Province) receives two free wash cycles and two free dry cycles per week, and the amount for these expenses is pre-loaded onto your account. After you have surpassed your limit, the cost for washing per load is $1.50 and the cost for drying per load is $1.50. Laundry credits do not roll over from semester to semester, so be sure to use them by the end of each semester!  The credits are only applied for the Fall and Spring semesters; they are not offered during the summer.

How Wash Works

The FREE Smartphone app - WASH-Connect - is available to download from your app store (both iOS and Google Play). 

Wash allows you do the following:

• Pay for your laundry by connecting a payment method.
• View occupied machines and exact time remaining until the end of the cycle.
• Add additional time to your drying cycle
  • To add additional dry time to your drying cycle, open your WASH-Connect app on your smartphone and follow the on-screen prompts.
• Report broken machines and request refunds
