Residence Hall Front Desk Information

We offer 24/7 assistance for all of our residents via the front desk and RA on call.

Front Desk Services

Front desk services are available 24/7 at the desks of the following halls: Belknap Village North and Community Park.

Front desk services are available from 12:00 p.m.-12:00 a.m. in the following halls: Bettie Johnson, Belknap Village South, Denny Crum, Louisville Hall, and Unitas Tower.

Front desk services are available from 12:00 p.m.-8:00 p.m. at Cardinal Towne, Kurz Hall, University Pointe, and University Tower Apartments.

Area Desk Services

While front desk services have limited hours in some halls, residents may visit or call their hall's designated "area desk" in order to receive front desk support outside of their limited window.
