How to Submit a Room Change Request

1Go to the University Housing websiteUniversity Housing about

2Select the Cards Nest Housing Portal button.

3Log in using your University credentials and complete Duo authentication.

4Select the menu icon (three horizontal lines) in the top navigation bar.

5From the dropdown menu, select Room Change Request.

6Select the dates you are available to complete your room change.

7Select Save & Continue.

8Verify your current housing information.
-
9Select Select next to the correct booking.

10From the dropdown menu, choose Room Change.

11Review the Room Change Request Information page and confirm your selection.

12Select Save & Continue.
-
13Review your information on the Review Profile Information page.

14Select Save & Continue.

15Select your preferences:
- Residence hall(s)
- Room type
- Roommate preference

16(Optional) Add details in the Room Change Request Note field.

17Select Submit Request.

18Confirm submission:
- You will see a confirmation message that your request has been submitted.
- Select Return to Homepage to exit.
