How to Submit a Damage Fee Appeal

    Log in to the Cards Nest Housing Portal.

    Select the menu icon (three horizontal lines) in the top left corner.

    Scroll down and click Dispute Fees.

    On the Fee Appeal Request page:

    • Review the list of eligible transactions.
    • Select Save & Continue.

    On the Fee Dispute Form Selection page:

    • Select Damages/Cleaning/Key Fees from the dropdown menu.
    • Select Save & Continue.

    On the Damages/Cleaning/Key Fees page:

    Select View Details.

    From the list of transactions:

    • Choose the charge you want to dispute.
    • Select Continue.

    On the Dispute Form page:

    • Enter your reason for disputing the fee.

    Select Submit.

    Confirm submission:

    • Your dispute status will show as Pending.
    • Select Return Home when finished.
