How to Hide or Unhide Your Name and Email from Roommates

Go to the University Housing website

Select the Cards Nest Housing Portal button.

Log in using your University credentials.

From the top navigation bar, select My Information.

Scroll to your housing assignment section.

Locate the option labeled “Hide Name and Email from Roommate(s)”.

Choose your preference:

Check the box to hide your name and email from roommates.
Leave the box unchecked to allow roommates to view your information.
