How to Complete Room Self-Selection

1Go to the University Housing websiteUniversity Housing about

2Select the Cards Nest Housing Portal button.

3Log in using your University credentials and complete Duo authentication.

4From the top navigation bar, select Applications.

5Select the housing application you want to select for.

6Select Continue.

7From the “Please Select Next Step” dropdown menu, choose Room Selection.

8Select Continue.
-
9Review the pop-up message and continue.

10Select the residence hall you would like to live in.

11Browse available rooms:
- Use filters on the left side to adjust preferences as needed.
- Select a room that fits your preferences.

12Select Add to Cart once you’ve chosen a room.

13On the Assign Beds screen, select the specific bed you want.

14Review your selection on the confirmation screen.

15Select Assign Bedspace to complete your selection.
- You have 10 days from the date of assignment to cancel your booking without penalty. After that period, cancellation fees may apply.
