How to Complete Room Self-Selection

    Go to the University Housing website

    Select the Cards Nest Housing Portal button.

    Log in using your University credentials and complete Duo authentication.

    From the top navigation bar, select Applications.

    Select the housing application you want to select for.

    Select Continue.

    From the “Please Select Next Step” dropdown menu, choose Room Selection.

    Select Continue.

    Review the pop-up message and continue.

    Select the residence hall you would like to live in.

    Browse available rooms:

    • Use filters on the left side to adjust preferences as needed.
    • Select a room that fits your preferences.

    Select Add to Cart once you’ve chosen a room.

    On the Assign Beds screen, select the specific bed you want.

    Review your selection on the confirmation screen.

    Select Assign Bedspace to complete your selection.

    • You have 10 days from the date of assignment to cancel your booking without penalty. After that period, cancellation fees may apply.
