Conference Assistant (CA)
The Conference Assistant (CA) is involved in all phases of the summer conference operation, including (but not limited to) building/facility operations (e.g., common area set-up, room checks, and bathroom assessments), check-in and check-out, on-site logistics, and handling linens. CAs must be willing to work a flexible schedule, including weekdays, evenings, late evenings, early mornings, and weekends. CAs are provided housing based as a condition of employment. This position reports directly to the Assistant Director for Summer Operations (ADSO) or other designated supervisor.
