Dr. Amit Dwivedi , Associate Professor, Division of Vascular Surgery and Endovascular Therapeutics, has been named Chief of the Division of Vascular Surgery and Endovascular Therapeutics. Dr. Dwivedi was recruited to the Department of Surgery following fellowship training in vascular surgery at Long Island Jewish Medical Center, New York and joined the faculty in vascular surgery in 2007. Dr. Dwivedi's clinical interests include diseases of the thoracic aorta (TEVAR), hemodialysis access, continuous study of the roles of open, hybrid, and minimally invasive endovascular therapies in relation to cost and outcome.
