2021 Calvino Prize Winner:
Steve Wilson, “Ted”
Steve Wilson lives in Oakland, California with his wife, eleven-year-old daughter and four-year-old son. He recently graduated from the MFA program at San Francisco State University. Before that, he worked with environmental nonprofits, was Jeeves at Ask Jeeves, graduated from Stanford Law School, and now works as an attorney for tech companies whose mission is to promote user privacy. This is his first major publication. He is currently working on a collection of speculative fiction and developing a novel.
