Get Healthy Now’s award-winning program is a comprehensive wellness initiative designed to support employees in living healthier, more balanced lives by focusing on prevention, education and engagement. New hires and employees who experience a qualifying event to enroll into benefits for the first time

It typically takes up to 10 business days from the time you submit benefits to gain access to the Health Advocate web platform. Account access also depends on when Health Advocate receives the enrollment file from UofL. Currently, these files are most commonly received on Mondays. If your 10th business day falls on a Tuesday, you may need to wait until the following Monday for access.

Once you gain access, view these steps to register and log into your Health Advocate account. When you have completed the registration for your Health Advocate account, log into your account. To access the Personal Health Profile (PHP) click the “Well-being” tab located at the top right corner of the Health Advocate’s website and then click “Well-Being Center”. Then, click “get started” on the personal health profile tab. Complete the PHP within 45 days of your hire/benefit election date to earn the $40 Get Healthy Now monthly incentive towards your 2025 premium (once you complete the PHP, the incentive will then be issued approximately 30-60 days after you completed it and will be retroactive to your medical plan start date). The additional 280 points will still need to be completed by 11/21/25 to qualify for the 2026 premium incentive.

2027 Incentive Guide 

• The $40 Get Healthy Now incentive is available to all employees and pre-65* retirees enrolled in a UofL medical plan. Medically enrolled spouses and dependents children age 18+ can utilize the wellness program features, but are not eligible for the incentive.
• Participants must earn 480 wellness points between now and November 20, 2026, to qualify for the $40 Get Healthy Now monthly incentive in 2027.
• Participants are required to complete the Personal Health Profile (PHP), which is worth 200 wellness points, regardless of results. The remaining 280 wellness points may be earned through a variety of activities/programs from now through November 20, 2026. • Participants must create an account via Health Advocate's website (instructions below) to begin their point accumulation.
• Participants can self-report any applicable preventive care to earn points towards their $40 Get Healthy Now monthly incentive. To access the Preventive Care section, click the “Well-being” tab located at the top right corner of the Health Advocate’s website and then click “Rewards.” Scroll to the preventive care section to enter care from11-21-2025 and 11-20-2026.

*if a pre-65 retiree goes on Medicare while their spouse/qualifying adult (SQA) is still on a UofL Medical Plan, then the incentive will be applied to the SQA.
