Workplace Accommodations

If you need a workplace accommodation, HR can guide you through the process and next steps, including support for medical, disability-related or workplace adjustments. To begin the process or ask questions, contact your HR Business Partner. For more information about your rights under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), including policies and protections, contact emrelate@louisville.edu or visit the ADA webpage.

Report a Workplace Concern

If you have a concern about your workplace, including issues related to conduct, treatment or your work environment, you may contact your HR Business Partner to talk through the situation and receive guidance on next steps. If you prefer to report a concern formally or directly, you may contact emrelate@louisville.edu for assistance.

Grievance Process

The grievance process is a formal mechanism used to address specific workplace concerns. If you are considering filing a grievance and are unsure if it is the right process, you are encouraged to speak with your HR Business Partner first to understand your options. You may also review the grievance policy or submit a grievance through the appropriate process. Once you've submitted a grievance, contact your Staff Grievance Officer who can assist you in the grievance process at 502-852-7381.
