On-Campus Housing at Billy Minardi Hall

When housing is not occupied by our Administrative Officers Course students, Southern Police Institute CE course participants will be offered assigned housing in Billy Minardi Hall on the Belknap Campus of the University of Louisville. Billy Minardi Hall combines the convenience of its on-campus location (a short walk to SPI for training) with suite-style accommodations at considerable savings over hotel lodging. Each suite contains two private bedrooms with an adjoined private bathroom, and is furnished with extra-tall stand-up showers, individual closets, twin XL-sized Tempur-Pedic beds, dressers, desks/chairs, micro-fridge, microwave, and soft seating.

Billy Minardi Hall is close to numerous restaurants, including The Ville (campus buffet style restaurant serving breakfast, lunch, and dinner), coffee shops, bookstore, and more. 

The Southern Police Institute and the University of Louisville are centrally located in Kentucky's largest city which offers many activities for our students.
