Josh Meier, MD
Dr. Meier is a board-certified orthopaedic surgeon who specializes in pediatric orthopaedics. He earned his medical degree from the Medical College of Wisconsin in Milwaukee, then completed a general orthopaedic surgery residency at Henry Ford Hospital in Detroit, Mich. Dr. Meier completed a fellowship in pediatric orthopaedic surgery and scoliosis at the Texas Scottish Rite Hospital for Children in Dallas. In addition to offering a full range of orthopaedic services for children, Dr. Meier has special interests in scoliosis, trauma and limb deformities. Dr. Meier is on staff at Norton Children’s Hospital and also serves as a staff physician for the Kentucky Commission for Children with Special Health Care Needs. Away from the office Dr. Meier enjoys playing golf and softball as well as spending time with his family. Dr. Meier also enjoys traveling for mission work, providing pediatric orthopaedic care for international charities such as Healing the Children. His travels have taken him to Colombia, Ecuador and, most recently, Haiti following the 2010 earthquake.
