Shared Leave Program
The university’s Shared Leave Program allows employees to support colleagues during medical leave. If someone exhausts their paid time off, donated leave can help. You may donate unused vacation or sick leave, up to 24 sick days per year and unlimited vacation days. Donations are voluntary and appreciated. Review the Shared Leave Policy, donate or request shared leave or contact HR at leaveadm@louisville.edu.
Staff Help Assistance & Relief Effort
