Learn more about our resident's background, what moves them, and why they chose this wonderful medical specialty: Neurology!

Tell us about yourself!

Originally from Mangalore in South India, I was raised in the Middle East. Outside of medicine, I enjoy cooking and it does turn out to be pretty good if not a complete disaster (No middle ground yet!). I am an avid ballroom dancer and I enjoy basketball with passion.

Why did you choose Neurology?

Growing up, I was always fascinated with the human brain and how it worked. I remember my Grade 6 class about neural connections and how we react/see/feel things which I still find interesting. I am excited to be able to learn more about the brain, its complexities and its various quirks during my training here at UofL.
