The following additional items should be emailed to both Graduate Admissions and the CFT Program Coordinator, Danette Baker.
- CFT Professional Statement. Describe within 3 pages or less your career goals, your professional preparation up to this point, and ways in which the MSCFT program can help you reach those goals. Please also discuss your interests in addressing social justice issues.
Family of Origin paper. Describe within 3 pages or less significant experiences in your family of origin and how those have affected your personal and professional development.
MSCFT Priority deadline is January 31st.
MSCFT Regular deadline is March 15th.
Program finalists are invited to interview in-person at UofL Shelby Campus
Please note: The MSSW-CFT Specialization and Advanced Standing MSSW with a CFT Prep Track have been replaced by the dual degree MSSW/MSCFT program. Please apply for the dual degree MSSW/MSCFT program by following the instructions found in the MSCFT Application Checklist above.
