Professionalization Survey

Below you will see several category listings of professional activities and milestones. Please let us know the number of any of these activities that you have engaged in for the past academic year. The academic year includes Fall, Spring, and Summer. This information is used in a report that is sent to the provost's office for a program assessment we are required to submit.

Purpose: Mandatory program assessment. Results must be submitted each year to the Provost's office. You do not need to include citations, as those are collected in your Program Assessment completed each September.

We want to measure our doctoral students' attempts at professional engagement in the field as well as the response of the field at large to those attempt.

Students should also feel free to report any professional activities not listed above that seem relevant.
