SPRING 2021 REGISTRATION begins on 10/30/2020 @ 10:30a EST. Make sure your ulink account is free of holds and you know how to interact with the system.  You can view short tutorials here.
ACADEMIC CALENDAR CHANGE ALERT: The last day to take a "W" for a full-term Fall 2020 class is November 7, 2020. 

DAYLIGHT SAVINGS begins at 2:00a EST on November 1, 2020. Set those clock back an hour and sleep in. 

ELECTION DAY - 11/3/2020 - UofL campus and offices will be closed. 

FLU SHOTS are required of all UofL students, faculty, and staff who are coming to campus. And even if you're not coming routinely on campus, you should get one! They are free of charge. You can find the flu shot locations and your flu consent form here.

GRADUATION PHOTOSDon't miss your opportunity to have your professional graduation portraits taken and receive a FREE download of your image, courtesy of the University of Louisville. Pro Pics will be on campus November 18 - 20 at the Swain Student Activities Center (2100 S Floyd St, Louisville, KY 40208) in rooms W116 & 117 with photographers ready to capture your photo. Feel free to come in your cap & gown or professional attire, whichever you prefer.

Pro Pics will offer a variety of backdrop options to choose from, and you'll receive your photos within 24 hours. To view available time slots each day, please make your appointment by going to www.UofLphotos.com.  Remember, there is no cost to have your photo taken.

WRITING GROUP OPPORTUNITY! The Black Male Edquity Network hosts writing groups on the 2nd and 4th Saturday of each month. The purpose of this network  is to formulate a tier support group that focuses on assisting Black Men in Doctoral Programs at U of L and surrounding universities to successful completion and beyond. VIRTUAL CONFERENCE SAVE-THE-DATE: CPE Higher EDquity Symposium November 9 - 10, hosted by UofL. This virtual symposium is FREE, and you can participate in individual sessions or the entire symposium.  Several of our UofL colleagues will be presenting, and Tuesday’s luncheon keynote is Dr. Tia Brown McNair, author of From Equity Talk to Equity Walk: Expanding Practitioner Knowledge for Racial Justice in Higher Education (January 2020) and Becoming a Student-Ready College: A New Culture of Leadership for Student Success (July 2016).
