Organizational Charts - This section will contain links to the master org chart as well as org charts for each department or auxiliary/support office

Facilities Management - This section will contain information associated with common questions, concerns, and issues related to the building, such as:

  • how to get items to or from Surplus
  • how to get keys (e.g., getting keys made, getting a room rekeyed, how to get keys/access to rooms)
  • how to get an area painted and costs entailed in that
  • how to get an area carpeted and costs entailed in that
  • how to get after hours building access
  • how to handle issues related heat, air, water, light, etc., including how to contact or report something to the university’s environmental health and safety office
  • how to place physical plant work orders and costs entailed in that

Business Solutions - This section will contain information associated with common questions, concerns, and issues related to business management and oversight. These issues include:

  • Reconciliations
  • Procard
  • Purchasing
  • Cost Sharing on Externally Sponsored Programs
  • Agreements with external entities
  • Controller’s Office
  • University Business Operations

Human Resources/Personnel - This section will contain information associated with common questions, concerns, and issues related to personnel management, such as:

  • Policies and procedures related to hiring – both general policies and policies related to specific types of hiring (tenure track and non-tenure track faculty, staff, part time, full time, classified vs professional & administrative, temporary/casual, student, etc.)
  • Policies and procedures related to employment – timekeeping, leave accrual, FMLA, FSLA, disciplinary policies, retirement/termination, leave of absence, etc.

Travel - This section will contain information associated with common questions, concerns, and issues related to travel, such as:

  • College travel policies and procedures (e.g., prior approval travel form, documentation needed for reimbursement, etc.)
  • University travel policies and procedures, including the use of Anthony Travel for reservations
  • Domestic travel
  • International travel, including the international learning experience

University Policy and Procedure Library - This section will contain link/links to the university’s policy and procedure library

Forms - This section will contain links to forms individuals may need in carrying out their job duties
