Don't forget that per the recent university announcement, all students, faculty and staff who are on campus, or plan to be on campus periodically, are required to get tested for COVID-19. One mandatory test must be taken between the dates of Monday, Oct. 5 to Friday, Oct. 23. More information on how to schedule your COVID test is here.

FAFSA CORNER: Students will be able to file their 2021-2022 Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) on October 1, 2020, using 2019 income and tax data. NOTE: In the past many of you probably went to www.FAFSA.gov to submit your application, but that has changed. Please use www.studentaid.gov.
The mobile app called myStudentAid has been a highly successful tool especially for students that may not have reliable access to WiFi or own a personal computer. The app allows students or parents to securely fill out the FAFSA entirely from their mobile device. The app is available in the Apple App Store and Google Play for Android. For specific help, a student can always reach out to our office at finaid@louisville.edu or by phone at (502) 852-5511.

FUNDING ALERT! The UofL Women's Center announces the 18th annual M. Celeste Nichols Award, an award of up to $500, that can be used to support academic and professional enrichment beyond normal graduate program expenses. SP2021 REGISTRATION REMINDER CORNER: Are you thinking about Spring 2021 class registration already? You should be! Spring 2021 registration for continuing graduate students kicks-off on October 30, 2020 @ 10:30 EST.
Make sure to check your ulink account for any HOLDS. The "Pre-registration Questions" hold will be on your account every semester before you register. But, you could also have additional holds due to parking tickets, overdue library books, academic probation, etc. Check your ulink account under "Tasks" tile and give yourself time to resolve the hold(s).
