Transfer/Adult Orientation

A transfer student is a student who has attended an institution of higher learning other than UofL (not including dual credit completed during high school). An adult student is a student who has not previously attended a college or university, and graduated high school more than two years ago or is age 20 or older.

Orientation registration for Transfer/Adult Students will open on May 1!

All on-campus orientations for students starting spring 2019 term have now concluded.  Students who have not already completed orientation will need to register for and complete an online orientation to fulfill the orientation requirement.  Click here to register.  The orientation module will be added in the "Organizations" section in Blackboard by 5 pm ET the business day after registration is submitted.

Please Note:  International students (non-immigrants) should not register for Transfer/Adult Orientation.  International students will complete a required International Student Orientation before classes begin.  Information regarding International Student Orientation will be communicated through the University of Louisville's International Center.  Welcome to UofL!

Orientation is a requirement for all incoming, degree-seeking students.  Failure to complete your orientation requirement will result in a registration hold for the next semester, and will prevent you from being able to obtain your official UofL transcript.
