Stites & Harbison adds two Brandeis grads to Frankfort office
Stites & Harbison, PLLC has welcomed two Brandeis School of Law graduates to its Frankfort, Ky., office. Robert Moore (1982) joins the firm as a Member (Partner) while Katie Glass (2015) joins as an attorney.
Moore’s practice will include both estate planning, corporate law, and litigation, as well as representation of the City of Frankfort, while Glass’ practice will focus on business litigation.
“Rob is an excellent attorney, maintaining a strong reputation as a trust and estates attorney and top-notch litigator,” said Mark Overstreet, Frankfort Office Executive Member, in a press release. “We are thrilled to have both he and Katie join our firm.”
Moore’s practice focuses on estate planning, civil, OSHA and environmental litigation; administrative law; and corporate general services. He will continue to serve as City Attorney for Frankfort, Ky., a position he has held for the past 12 years. Moore is also the co-author of Kentucky Civil Practice at Trial - Post-Trial Proceedings. Prior to joining Stites & Harbison, Moore was a member for a general civil practice law firm in Frankfort.
Glass’ practice focuses on business litigation. She earned her J.D. from the University of Louisville Brandeis School of Law in 2015 and a B.A in English from the University of Kentucky in 2012. In 2013, she served as an intern for Judge Karen Conrad, Chief Circuit Judge for the Twelfth Circuit, in LaGrange, Ky. In 2014, Glass interned for the United States Attorney’s Office for the Western District of Kentucky, Louisville Division.
