On-Campus Interviewing (OCI)

Each fall and spring, Brandeis Law welcomes employers to participate in our On-Campus Interview (OCI) Program. OCI allows employers to interview a large number of qualified students for:

  • Summer associate positions
  • Law clerkships
  • Internships
  • Entry-level attorney roles

Employers may select candidates 100% based on their hiring criteria, and there are no fees associated with participating in OCI. Our Office of Professional Development staff will coordinate all logistics, including scheduling interviews and collecting application materials.

How to Participate

Employers may request an on-campus or virtual interview schedule by registering through Symplicity: Register and Request a Schedule

Once registered, employers can request interview schedules through the OCI module. If you have questions or need assistance with the registration process, contact , Career Services Coordinator.

In addition to OCI, we also offer Resume Collections and Direct Send options, allowing employers to receive application materials for review without conducting on-campus interviews.
