He'll present "High Functioning": Successful Attorneys With Severe Mental Illness at the conference, which will be attended by federal judges from the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Washington, Seattle-area judges from the U.S. Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals and attorneys who practice in these courts.
It is the major annual meeting for all these judges and practitioners in western Washington state.
