Professor Giesel presents ethics CLE

On Nov. 5, Brandeis School of Law Professor Grace Giesel presented a one-hour of ethics CLE titled, "Prospective Clients, Clients with Diminished Capacity, Confidentiality, and the Attorney-Client Privilege."

The presentation was part of the Estate and Tax Seminar hosted by Stockyards Bank at Kye’s II in Jeffersonville, Indiana.
