Prof. Trucios-Haynes to speak at immigration-related forums
Professor Enid Trucios-Haynes, a nationally recognized scholar in immigration law, will speak at two immigration-related events this week.
On April 3, 2017, she will participate in an evening teach-in examining the historical context and current implications of the presidential executive orders calling for building a U.S.-Mexico border wall and enforcing immigration raids. This event will be at 5:30 p.m. in Gottschalk Hall Room 202.
On April 5, she will lead a discussion on "The 360 Journey into Latinx Resistance," which will feature 360 virtual reality clips addressing various perspectives on immigration.
