Kylie Hoffman ('15) joins Iocal firm's IP practice group
Brandeis School of Law alumna Kylie P. Hofmann ('15) has joined Middleton Reutlinger in its intellectual property practice group, where she focuses on trademark and copyright law.
Before joining Middleton Reutlinger, Hoffman worked as an associate in the Louisville office of a regional law firm. While there, she focused on business, developing an understanding of business formation and finance.
During law school, Kylie clerked with a local law firm, focusing on business litigation and intellectual property. She worked in the Entrepreneurship Law Clinic with business school teams to start an LLC and assist in developing their intellectual property portfolio.
She was also a research assistant for Professor John Cross, focusing on unfair competition, and a legal intern for The Alley Theatre Legal Department. Before and during law school, Kylie was a research assistant for Professor Dwayne Buttler, concentrating in copyright law, including performance rights and university copyright policy.
