Emily Irwin ('16) joins Wyatt, Tarrant & Combs
Emily B. Irwin, ('16) has been hired as an associate with Wyatt, Tarrant & Combs LLP's Corporate & Securities Service Team.
She will concentrate her practice in the areas of mergers and acquisitions, banking and corporate governance. She is also a certified public accountant.
Irwin was a Fulbright research scholar for the Australian-American Fulbright Commission and a summer associate at Wyatt. Prior to graduating from law school, she was the senior notes editor of the University of Louisville Law Review. She earned her J.D., summa cum laude, from the University of Louisville Brandeis School of Law, her M.B., graduate with distinction, from the Australian National University, and her B.S.B.A. (Accountancy and International Business), summa cum laude, from the University of Louisville.
