Deborah Bilitski ('95) named director of Develop Louisville
Assistant County Attorney Deborah Bilitski, a 1995 graduate of the Brandeis School of Law, has been hired by Mayor Greg Fischer as the new director of Develop Louisville.
According to Insider Louisville, Bilitski will assume her new position on April 25.
Develop Louisville is part of the city's economic development department called Louisville Forward. The division focuses on land development, vacant property initiatives, housing and community development programs, permits and licensing, public art and green development.
Previously, Bilitski represented the Planning Commission and Board of Zoning Adjustment as an assistant county attorney. Before then, she led the real estate and lending team at Wyatt, Tarrant and Combs.
