Dean Duncan elected to American Society of Legal Writers' board

Brandeis School of Law Dean Susan Duncan has been elected to the Board of Scribes, The American Society of Legal Writers.

"I am very honored and humbled to be elected to the Board of Scribes — The American Society of Legal Writers. Some of the giants in the legal writing field have been associated with this organization including Joe Kimble, Bryan Garner and Dean Darby Dickerson among others," Dean Duncan said. "I am excited to return to my roots as a longtime legal writing professor and again play a role in promoting clear and concise legal writing."
