Brooklyn Law Professor to present on what 'Brandeis Brief' means now
Professor Anita Bernstein, the Subotnick Professor of Law at Brooklyn Law School, will present her work-in-progress idea on Muller v. Oregon at the Brandeis School of Law on January 12 at noon. In her presentation, she will explore the use of social science data as doctrinal support in the brief and unpack what "Brandeis Brief" means in popular parlance and legally.
Professor Bernstein was keen to present here because of the Brandeis connection, and she is familiar with the work of some of our faculty members.
