Brandeis Professor Manning Warren elected Fellow in European Law Institute

Brandeis School of Law Professor Manning G. Warren III, the H. Edward Harter Chair of Commercial Law, has been elected a Fellow of the European Law Institute, the preeminent European counterpart of the American Law Institute.

Professor Warren is recognized as a leading authority on securities and financial services law in both the United States and the EU, and is an electedmember of the ALI. He was recently named a Life Member of the organization in recognition of his 25 years of active membership.
