Brandeis Law 3L connects with law students across the country through ABA podcast

John Weber

As the delegate of communications, publications, and outreach for the ABA Law Student Division, Brandeis Law student John Weber has been able to connect with law students across the country.

One way he does so is as a host of the ABA Law Student Podcast

Established in 2015, the podcast covers the issues that impact law students, law schools and recent law graduates. Recent topics include advice for law students who want to foster good relationships with their professors and a look at BYU Law's immigration clinic.

Upcoming episodes will look at the root causes of the mental health problems common in law students and how the #MeToo movement can affect change in law schools and law firms.

"I've gotten to talk to some really interesting people. These people have been in our shoes before. They've been through law school. They can tell some of our listeners what they wish they could've known," Weber says. "It's this broad sharing of ideas and best practices."
