HRtalks Wellness: Holiday Survival Guide
Holidays may be a time for celebration, for many, and they can also be overwhelming. Get Healthy Now is teaming up with AnthemEAP on December 11, 11:00am-12:00pm to discuss strategies that will help manage stress during the holiday season. During this session, we will examine sources of holiday stress and learn strategies for coping and managing emotions, time, relationships and finances. Get Healthy Now monthly premium incentive program participants can earn 100 points toward their 2026 $40 GHN monthly incentive for attending.

Now is the time to review your current benefit plans and 2025 plan options to determine if changes need to be made for 2025. Need some guidance? The Benefits team will host HRtalks: 2025 Open Enrollment information sessions via MS Teams to review upcoming changes and answer any questions you may have about the 2025 benefit plans. Benefits will host virtual HRtalks Featured Vendor Sessions during Open Enrollment. You may also schedule an appointment with the Benefits Team or come to 215 Central Avenue, Suite 205 (Cardinal Station) during the week of Open Enrollment for a 1:1 session with a Benefits Specialist.
