Transfer Credit Appeal Form

Once you apply for admission and send official transcripts, you will receive an official Student Transfer Evaluation (STE). Course Equivalencies show you how courses from other colleges and universities transfer to UofL. 

If you have any questions about your Student Transfer Evaluation, you have the opportunity to submit an appeal. Log in by entering the email and password used for your New Cards Gateway.

Students will want to include the following information when completing the appeal form:

• College or university from which the course was taken.
• Course name and number
• Semester completed.
• Anticipated UofL Equivalency
• Syllabus 

 Students will be notified through their UofL email once their appeal is complete.
