Visiting College Students

College Visitors are students who are pursuing a degree from another institution and plan to enroll at UofL for one semester. Applicants must:

  1. Complete UofL's Take Flight Application.
  2. Pay your application fee of $30 (non-refundable).
  3. Submit your unofficial transcript(s) from your other institution(s).

*International students on a F-1 Visa may only apply as a visiting student if they are in an approved exchange program through UofL or they are visiting from an educational institution within the United States. An official visiting letter must be provided in both scenarios.
**Visiting students planning to enroll in 300-400 level business courses (excluding economics) must verify required business prerequisites and GPA prior to enrollment with the College of Business Advising Center at 502-852-7439.
**Visiting students planning to take upper-level engineering courses must contact the Speed School of Engineering Advising Center at 502-852-8084.
