BSN Clinical Compliance
Clinical Compliance Requirements
Upper Division
Admitted upper division students are required to submit clinical compliance documents electronically by the appropriate cohort deadline. The School of Nursing uses Castlebranch for new students entering all School of Nursing pre-licensure programs. Castlebranch will manage all student documents, however it is the student's responsibility to maintain clinical compliance. Admitted upper division students will receive more information regarding how to complete their clinical compliance and purchase their compliance tracker in their upper division admission packet.
Bachelor of Science in Nursing program clinical compliance deadlines: Fall upper division admits August 5th; Spring upper division admits December 10th. Materials are not allowed to expire during the term of enrollment. The term runs from the first day of class through the last day of final exams.
